We repackage commercial projects into bankable deals and feed these to our pool of banks with whom we have very close and successful working relationships. We deal at the director levels with these banks and achieve very fast feedback from our project submissions.

A large percentage of our clients seek finance for startup ventures, gas stations/convenience stores, hotels, medical centers, restaurants, office complexes, apartment complexes and new housing developments. Projects ranging from One million dollars to Fifty million dollars.

We do not take any fees upfront at time of acceptance of the project and only charge all our services fees at the final closing.
